Renew, Reflect and Rejoice
Women’s Retreat
September 25–27, 2026
Join us for a low-key weekend of fellowship, support, and strengthening our community together.
Based on feedback from our last retreat, we are offering the option to arrive Friday evening or Saturday morning.
Friday Evening
Friday evening will be for overnight accommodations only. There will be no scheduled programs or meals, so feel free to enjoy dinner in town or bring your own food. We will be using the West Side, and a refrigerator will be available in the kitchen.
We also encourage everyone to bring a favorite snack to share throughout the weekend!
Saturday Morning
The retreat officially begins Saturday morning, with arrival and registration between 9:30 and 10:00 a.m. in the West Side dining hall. A continental breakfast will be available.
Our first activity will be a journal-making class led by Ann Russell. If you have a special piece of fabric you would like to use for your journal, please bring a 16" x 14" piece. Extra fabric and supplies will also be available.
Later in the evening, Jolene Rees will lead a journaling and worship experience.
Saturday Afternoon
As with our previous retreat, Saturday afternoon will be open for sharing, learning, creating, and relaxing. If you have a craft you're working on or something you'd enjoy teaching others, please bring your supplies. Jewelry making and the other shared activities were a favorite at our last retreat!
You are also welcome to spend the afternoon however you find renewing: go for a hike, read a book, visit with friends, or take a trip into Idyllwild.
Helping Out
We will be using the West Side for the retreat and will need everyone's help caring for our shared space. We will need volunteers to assist with meals and cleaning, including the bathrooms and kitchen before we leave camp.
We will be the only group on campus, so the Wranglers will also be available for sleeping accommodations.
